Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role
• Experience and strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including shipment tracking and documentation
• Experience with forecasting, placing purchase orders, and managing budgets
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, with experience handling CSV and XLS files
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-employment certificate

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, minimizing errors and delays
• Forecast project expenses, compare them with actual costs, and adjust as needed for optimal budget management
• Calculate inventory needs and place purchase orders to maintain stock levels
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues
• Prepare and analyze reports on stock values, cost of goods sold, and inventory levels
• Negotiate prices for new products, seeking the best possible costs throughout the procurement process
• Oversee the testing and sourcing of products, ensuring high-quality standards for both products and packaging
• Coordinate influencers, creators, and sample shipments both internally within the company and externally to partners
