Frachtis is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their team. The analyst will identify, analyze, and evaluate investment opportunities in the blockchain industry, work closely with portfolio companies, and maintain relationships with network foundations.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing New Opportunities: Proactively identify and qualify new investment prospects
• Lead Qualification: Meet with founders to assess and qualify inbound leads for Frachtis
• Evaluation & Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence through conversations, market research, technology reviews, and competitive analysis
• Database Management: Maintain and update our investment database and deal pipeline
• Qualitative & Quantitative Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of various investment opportunities
• Research & Content Creation: Conduct in-depth research in focused areas and synthesize findings into valuable insights
• Portfolio Support: Assist in supporting portfolio companies and maintaining relationships with network foundations
• Due Diligence & Financial Modeling: Support the ventures team in due diligence, research, and financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial modeling or data science experience is a plus
• Prior experience in a crypto venture firm and familiarity with venture capital and crypto deal terms are advantageous
