Requirements

• 7+ years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required

Responsibilities

• Performing domestic and international trademark prosecution
• Regular direct contact with clients, foreign counsel, and primary responsibility for complex matters
