Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT systems analysis, support, and project management
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software
• Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and scripting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Assessing and analyzing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to IT systems
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
• Managing IT projects, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of IT systems, configurations, and user manuals
• Assisting in the evaluation and selection of new IT technologies, software, and hardware
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on IT systems and processes
• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in IT
