Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Assessing and analyzing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to IT systems
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Managing IT projects, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to ensure successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets
• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of IT systems, configurations, and user manuals
• Assisting in the evaluation and selection of new IT technologies, software, and hardware
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on IT systems and processes
• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in IT to ensure the company's IT systems are up to date and aligned with best practices
