Summary
Join StrongDM's IT team as an IT Analyst and provide high-touch, high-quality support to our fully remote team. You will be the go-to person for end-user issues, onboarding, device management, and SaaS operations. Responsibilities include providing first-class IT support, welcoming new hires with smooth onboarding, managing user lifecycles across SaaS platforms, supporting laptop logistics, participating in IT projects, and maintaining SLAs. The ideal candidate possesses experience in remote IT support, troubleshooting macOS and Windows systems, administering SaaS platforms, and creating IT documentation. A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. This is a 9-month contract position with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role.
Requirements
- Providing a wide range of IT support in a 100% remote environment
- Troubleshooting macOS and Windows laptops, operating systems, and software
- Administering SaaS platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and 1Password
- Writing, editing, and maintaining clear, useful IT documentation
- Being a thoughtful, collaborative teammate—comfortable on camera, calm under pressure, and ready to solve problems face-to-face
- You troubleshoot with curiosity, learn quickly, and take pride in helping people
- You think before you act—our systems are deeply integrated, and small changes can have big ripple effects
- You document everything—because knowledge-hoarding ≠ job security

Responsibilities
- Provide first-class IT support for our fully remote team—everything from password resets to hardware hiccups to ndsᴉpǝ-poʍu Zooɯs
- Help welcome new hires by delivering smooth, consistent onboarding experiences
- Manage user lifecycle across SaaS platforms—creating accounts, adjusting access, running audits, and wrangling group memberships
- Support laptop logistics: provisioning, shipping, retrieval, and troubleshooting
- Jump into IT projects that span teams and take initiative wherever you see opportunity
- Maintain SLAs during business hours—then log off and recharge (seriously)
Benefits
- $72/hr - 40 hours a week, 9 month contract with possibility to convert to a full time role
