Data Analyst

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on financial data
• Strong skills in SQL and Excel
• Experience using Tableau or similar tools for dashboards and reports
• Good knowledge of Python and Data Engineering concepts
• Comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources
• Able to forecast, analyze and explain financial data clearly
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience working with financial reports

Responsibilities

• Drive data-informed financial and business decisions through accurate, insightful reporting and analysis
• Transform complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and business teams
• Maintain high data quality standards and contribute to building scalable, reliable data pipelines
• Help the business identify trends and performance insights through impactful dashboards and data storytelling
• Own the end-to-end process of collecting, cleaning, transforming, and validating large datasets, with a strong focus on financial data
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using advanced data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into financial performance, forecasting, and business trends to guide strategic planning
• Work closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver data solutions
• Write complex SQL queries and use advanced Excel functionalities to generate ad-hoc reports and reconcile data from various sources
• Apply Python and Data Engineering tools to automate data workflows and perform advanced analytics
• Provide quick turnaround on data requests and develop scalable reporting systems to support recurring business questions
• Ensure clarity and transparency of reports by documenting data sources, logic, and assumptions
• Present insights and findings in a structured, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
