Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of audit experience
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Knowledge of auditing concepts and principles
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently and manage work to meet deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills
- Familiar with SQL and other programming languages
- Familiar with relational databases
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local IT laws, regulations, and standards
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing audit processes
- Designing audit programs
- Developing and executing data analysis procedures
- Evaluating the IT controls supporting business operations
- Identifying and assessing technology, information, and cyber risks
- Reviewing applications and IT infrastructure
- Supporting business audits by providing technology audit expertise
- Preparing audit reports
- Providing external audit support
- Assisting with maintaining and upgrading the Internal Audit infrastructure
- Staying up to date with changing technology laws, regulations, and standards
