Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred. Equivalent experience considered
• Proven IT procurement/budget management experience (3 years preferred)
• Fluency in Korean & English (written & spoken)
• Strong IT hardware/software knowledge
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT needs, translating them into budget and procurement plans for WEBTOON's affiliates
• Manage IT budget development, tracking, forecasting, and reporting, including periodic user access reviews to ensure accurate license management, optimize software spending, and maintain compliance
• Oversee IT procurement cycle (hardware, software, services), including vendor negotiation
• Support IT projects by coordinating procurement activities, managing budgets related to project purchases, and ensuring timely delivery of necessary hardware, software, and services
• Communicate effectively with Korean vendors and internal stakeholders
• Assist with IT asset management and support IT projects
