Summary
The job is a 3-month paid IT Internship at Ryanair Labs Wroclaw. The intern will work within the Ryanair teams, support triage, monitor systems, manage a ticket queue, perform Active Directory Administration, and perform first fix for user incidents. Requirements
- Student in a field related with Computer Science or interest in IT
- Good command of English (min. B2)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange server, Windows 10, Systems, networks and servers monitoring tools
Responsibilities
- Support Triage steps to determine User, PC, Network or Application problems
- Monitor all systems, networks and servers
- Monitor, update, and manage a ticket queue with the goal of resolving issues within agreed SLA’s
- Active Directory Administration
- Support escalation and monitoring
- Processing incidents and service requests initiated by end users using either the Self-Service Portal, email or telephone
- Escalating incidents and service requests to the next level of support if necessary
- Perform 1st Fix for user incidents
