Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or a related field
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information
• Creative problem-solving abilities to tackle complex issues
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service with a patient and friendly approach
• Keen attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and evolving technologies
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and concise documentation of work and procedures
• Mandatory requirement of English language skills; proficiency in other European languages, especially German, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve digital workplace issues for end users, both on-site and remotely
• Manage user accounts and permissions in the Active Directory to ensure smooth access and security
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows laptops, hardware, and software for optimal performance
• Upgrade end-user workstations to enhance efficiency, including memory installations
• Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to assist in the configuration and maintenance of server infrastructure
• Provide timely support via calls and emails for efficient problem resolution while assisting the helpdesk in promptly resolving assigned tickets
• Participate in IT project management activities, contributing to project planning, execution, and developing and maintaining procedures and documentation
• Work with the IT security team to implement and enforce security measures for data protection
• Engage with third-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Stay updated on the latest technology advancements and industry trends
