Remote IT Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a Field Services IT Project Manager at Core Scientific, responsible for managing field projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, maintaining project management processes, coordinating deliverables, tracking project status, and interfacing with other teams. The position requires 5+ years of technical/IT project coordination/management experience, PMP certification and/or finance background is preferred, and the ability to travel up to 20-30%.

Requirements

5+ years of Technical/ IT Project Coordination/Management and experience with gradually increasing responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure field projects are executed effectively and efficiently, assuring delivery on time and within budget
• Organize and document project plans, deliverables, timelines, and resource schedules
• Manage the administration of quarterly OKRs and performance targets for the Field Services Team
• Track and report to the Program Manager, the status delivery of projects on time, within scope and on budget
• Interface with Field Service managers and supervisors to align project priorities, implementation opportunities, challenges and communicate project risks and opportunities
