Join our team as an IT Project Manager to lead software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will be the primary liaison between the development team, business units, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating projects, defining scope and deadlines, assigning tasks, managing budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in IT project management within software development, extensive knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and strong leadership and communication skills in both Spanish and English. Requirements
- English advanced
- Proven experience as IT Project Manager in software development projects
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Ability to lead software development teams and motivate team members
- Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders and managing relationships with vendors and third parties
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate software projects from start to finish
- Define project scope, deliverables and deadlines
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage the project budget and ensure that expenditures are within the forecast
- Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure that the software development team follows best practices and complies with quality standards
- Communicate project status, issues and risks to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that the project meets their requirements
- Manage relationships with suppliers and other third parties
- Provide project reporting and analysis to management
