Summary

Join OLIPOP as an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the execution of cross-functional IT initiatives. You will develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, driving alignment across stakeholders. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, manage resources, and develop documentation and repeatable processes. Track KPIs, milestones, and budgets, and create project status reports. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of project management experience in IT, a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, and excellent communication skills. The role reports to the Director of IT and offers a base salary of $110,000-$125,000 plus bonus. OLIPOP is a fully remote company that values collaboration and a feedback-rich environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or technology-related environments
  • Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and/or hybrid project methodologies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlines
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Partner with technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment
  • Facilitate communication between business units, vendors, and IT teams
  • Serve as a point of contact for project status updates and escalations
  • Work with team leads to allocate appropriate resources and monitor capacity
  • Forecast and adjust resource needs as project scopes evolve
  • Assist in developing department-wide standards, SOPs, and project templates
  • Ensure that documentation is maintained, version-controlled, and accessible
  • Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of new processes
  • Track KPIs, milestones, and budgets to ensure accountability and visibility
  • Create and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Help refine governance practices and tools to improve project delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CSM, or other project management certification a plus
  • Experience in SaaS, ERP (e.g., NetSuite), or system integration projects
  • Familiarity with IT documentation practices and knowledge base tools
  • Background working with vendors and third-party service providers

Benefits

  • $110,000-$125,000 base salary + bonus
