IT Researcher Intern

This unpaid, two-month, part-time internship, starting August 4th, 2025, focuses on IT recruitment. You'll gain hands-on experience in leading IT technologies, global candidate sourcing, and real-life recruitment processes. The program blends theoretical learning with practical application, guided by experienced mentors. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for IT, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset. No prior experience is required; however, intermediate English proficiency is necessary.

Requirements

• A passion for the IT industry and a keen interest in talent acquisition
• At least Intermediate level of verbal and written English or higher
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
• Analytical mindset
• Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree (no experience required)
• Ability to work in a remote and collaborative setting

Responsibilities

• Get acquainted with leading IT technologies and tools
• Search for and engage candidates from around the world
