Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 1-3 years of experience working in IAM and with manual IAM processes
- Strong working knowledge of security principles across Identity Providers, PAM, and IAM
- Knowledge of IAM technologies (i.e., Identity Governance Administration (IGA) tools, PAM tools, and Identity Providers)
- Strong foundation in technology (networking, web technologies, application security, etc.)
- Willingness, drive, and ability to learn new technologies
- Prior experience in service operations and/or managing external service provider, including experience working and managing a ticket queue
Responsibilities
- Provides primary support for day-to-day IAM activities including user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Conducts account lifecycle management, governance, and administration from creation to termination for employees and non-employees
- Performs day-to-day support activities to ensure operational excellence of the IAM program including monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Assists in the development and maintenance of IAM roles-based access controls and privileges. Reviews and monitors user access to reduce organization risks around granting users access to data/applications
- Supports and manages periodic entitlement review and access certifications
- Creates and maintains supporting documents, including technical design guides, policy and process run books, and other documentation to ensure consistency and clarity
- Works collaboratively with various IT teams and business units to manage access control processes and application integration. Participates in internal and cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior banking or financial services industry experience a plus
- IAM or Security certification a plus
