Summary

Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in information management, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Preferably 3-5 yearsβ experience in Service Delivery preferably in a global operation
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of assistance during business hours for Service Delivery Managers
- Ticket hygiene for specified customers assigned monthly
- Conduct scheduled data collection for designated clients monthly or as requested
- Conduct monthly reporting tasks for Service Delivery Managers where the appropriate instructions and documentation has been provided
- Working with Service Delivery team members to identify and fill knowledge management gaps
- Schedule work and manage field services when required
- Contribute to the continual improvement planning process
- Process improvements across your assigned Managed Services Customers
- Assist Service Delivery Managers in maintaining the operational documentation for assigned Managed Services Customers Assisting the rest of the Service Delivery team with their clients when required (Annual leave, Personal leave, high workload)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in MSP and/or Australian companies/accounts
