IT Service Desk Analyst

Summary

Join Misfits Market, a mission-driven, high-growth startup, as a Service Desk Analyst. You will be part of the Information Technology team, providing first-level support for our operations and back-office employees. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PC/laptop, tablet, and video conferencing hardware issues, setting up new accounts and systems, and decommissioning old equipment. Requirements

• Be available to work Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm Pacific Time
• Be proficient with Windows OS
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support for PC's/Laptops, Tablets, Video Conferencing Hardware, as well as printers for our Corporate Remote workers
• Troubleshoot problems
• Set up new accounts
• Adjust permissions on a variety of applications
• Setup of new systems
• Decommissioning of old equipment
• Perform various other tasks to support our rapid growth
• Contribute to some project work

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with MacOS
• Proficiency with Android OS
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management software
• Comfort working with Cloud Hosted applications
• Experience with Cloud Provider Support (Google, Slack, etc)
