Requirements

  • Proven experience in an IT Support role. 2+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for common hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of user management, access control, and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Proficiency with macOS, and Windows systems
  • Understanding of computer networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Ability to work autonomously, be proactive, and stay updated with technological advancements
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing accomplishments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service ethic
  • Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, both onsite and remotely
  • Administer and maintain key IT tools, including Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, Okta, Slack
  • Perform laptop updates and maintenance
  • Be the onsite point of contact for any third-party stakeholders in case of IT-related issues
  • Offer technical assistance for corporate events and onsite employees
  • Maintain IT storage, ensure sufficient supplies, perform regular audits of on-site IT assets, and manage our stock room
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge base

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Linux OS is a plus
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, notably Jira Service Management
