Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably within a startup
- Practical experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Notion, and familiarity with Make or similar tools
- Comfortable with both Windows and macOS environments
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, or Python
- A foundational understanding of IT systems, APIs, and cloud services
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, async-first, international startup environment
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support: resolve software, VPN, and network issues via email, chat, and the Service Desk
- Administer Google Workspace: manage user accounts, access controls, Gmail, Drive, and Docs
- Manage Atlassian Jira and Notion: maintain workflows, automations, templates, and guide users
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding: set up devices, accounts, and maintain IT documentation
- Improve support processes: draft help guides, document workflows, and enhance IT procedures
- Support IT automation initiatives: maintaining existing automations and building new with no/low-code
- Assist in basic InfoSec tasks: manage access controls, support security monitoring, and aid in incident response
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, Python)
- Familiarity with InfoSec fundamentals (e.g., IAM, SSO, RBAC)
- Experience within Agile or DevOps workflows
- Contributions to side projects, particularly in IT or automation
