Summary
Join our team as a Technical Operations Manager to oversee our suite of business applications and provide crucial support to our CEO. This pivotal role involves maintaining and optimizing our technical infrastructure and contributing to various business operations. You will ensure seamless application integration, optimize workflows, provide user support and training, maintain security protocols, and assist the CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in hours is required to support global teams. This is a full-time, permanent position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications, particularly those listed in the role responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years in a similar role managing multiple business applications and providing technical support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Flexible mindset to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new technologies
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of all managed applications
- Troubleshoot issues and implement best practices for system efficiency
- Continuously improve workflows and processes related to our tech stack, enhancing productivity across the organization
- Provide technical support to team members
- Develop training materials to maximize the effective use of our applications
- Maintain robust security protocols across all platforms and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations
- Act as a key support to the CEO in various business areas, providing data-driven insights and operational assistance as needed
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, displaying resilience, adaptability, and the ability to set and achieve ambitious goals under tight deadlines
- Work flexible hours to accommodate various time zones, supporting global teams across the U.S., Europe, and beyond

- Experience with API integrations and basic scripting
