As a key member of our team, you will assist in preparing, shipping, and receiving corporate laptops and other IT equipment, provide top-notch IT support, and collaborate with other IT team members to improve workflow and support processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and common software applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks at once
• Experience with shipping logistics and inventory management systems

Responsibilities

• Prep, configure, and troubleshoot corporate laptops for deployment
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks for IT equipment
• Maintain inventory and asset management records for all IT equipment
• Provide in-person and remote IT support for corporate employees
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve workflow and support processes
