Requirements

- Proficient communication skills through channels such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and email
- Efficient task management and prioritization capabilities
- Skill in developing and organizing technical training resources, conducting onboarding sessions
- Willingness to collaborate with others to enhance customer experiences
- Background in customer support or a similar role within a tech or SaaS company
- Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence
Responsibilities
- Being the primary point of contact for software clients, offering exceptional customer support and technical assistance
- Cultivating and sustaining genuine, meaningful relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood
- Troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer queries, and guiding them in effectively using the company's AI-driven solutions
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, upholding high organizational standards, and potentially utilizing project management tools like ClickUp
- Developing and managing a library of technical training resources, occasionally conducting onboarding sessions for new customers
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement creative solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Serving as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their feedback and needs are promptly addressed
- Celebrating customer successes and contributing to a positive company culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven solutions in a business context
- Advanced technical knowledge in software, IT, or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software
- Background in creating and delivering training programs or educational content
- Leadership experience, particularly in remote or international settings
