Summary

Join ManpowerGroup Greece as an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Rep for a global Healthcare Technology leader. This hybrid role, based in Ampelokipoi, Athens, offers a permanent contract with a competitive compensation package and benefits. You will be responsible for driving retention of new patients using insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring through outbound calls, providing technical support, and building positive relationships with customers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of customer service experience, fluency in Greek and English, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center, office or helpdesk environment
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Ability to build relationships with patients that creates trust and engagement
  • Effective multi-tasking

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention of new patients during their onboarding on insulin pump and/or continuous glucose monitoring through dynamic outbound calls at various points of therapy related to product education, patient assessments and additional factors
  • Deliver safe and reliable customer service and technical support for Diabetes customers in Italy
  • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and answer questions according to department protocols and requirements
  • Build positive relationships with patients, assisting with goal setting, realizing goals, identifying, and overcoming concerns during therapy
  • Ensure support and solutions provided are aligned with Department and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience and resilience while safely assisting customers
  • Accurately and consistently document customer interactions in PCRM system

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Italian will be highly appreciated
