Requirements

• Possess idiomatic fluency in Japanese
• Hold a graduate or undergraduate degree in literature, journalism, or creative writing, or possess proven experience in journalism, writing, or content creation
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills in Japanese (grammar, spelling)
• Exhibit proficiency in English
• Maintain attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Write original narrative fiction and non-fiction works (1000 to 2500 words per work)
• Adhere to provided topics, genres, and detailed guidelines for content creation
• Produce various content types including full chapters, short stories, scenes/passages, and snippets, adhering to specified word counts
• Ensure all submitted content is original and free from plagiarism or AI assistance

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in creative writing (candidates with a demonstrated writing hobby through self-publishing, blogging, book drafts, screenplays, etc. will be considered)
