Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Java developer and well-versed in developing RESTful APIs, experienced in Spring Boot, Spring Security, Node.js
- Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail or Private Banking experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Bonus: German speakers welcome!)
- Hands-on experience with Process Design and BPM Workflow tools (specifically Camunda )
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for digging into problems with curiosity and determination
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into existing and new business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, scaling, and optimization
- Participate in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases
- Planning : Define process requirements and map out application needs
- Analysis : Uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Design & Development : Build application designs, databases, and workflows
- Testing : Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deployment & Support : Configuration, implementation, and ongoing production support
- Provide deployment services like training, data conversion , and ensuring a smooth production turnover
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business goals while continuously improving processes
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of BluePrism, AI-powered applications, Agile methods, and Change Management is a big advantage
