Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Team Lead in a product-led or SaaS company
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end software systems across backend and frontend layers
  • Strong knowledge of backend technologies like Go, Java, or Node.js, and frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product, Design, and business stakeholders across departments such as Revenue and Customer Success
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud), microservices architectures, and modern development tooling such as Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team, utilizing Go and React , responsible for building and scaling platform capabilities that support GWI’s customer experience, monetization strategy, and internal operations
  • Your team will own systems that enable everything from subscription workflows to internal tooling used by teams like Revenue, Finance, and Customer Success
