Jr. Business Controller

Summary

The Junior Business Controller at UEI will be responsible for analyzing and calculating the company's stock position, assisting in month-end closing activities, budget and forecast process, and various accounting activities. The role requires a University or Bachelor degree in Finance/Controlling/Accountancy with 0-2 years of working experience.

• Knowledge of Excel to make complex analyses
• Good knowledge of English (verbally and in writing)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and make calculation to determine value of Company’s stock position
• Monthly reporting of the company’s financial stock position
• Work together with Logistics to gather and evaluate stock information
• Controlling Inventory related balance positions
• Analyzing margins and costing/PPV/PO currency variances
• Monitoring and controlling Royalty Agreements between BV and it customers
• Responsible for costing process within the accounting department
• Make cost price analysis
• Prepare financial data for month, quarter and/or year-end closing
• Determine correct inventory valuation reserves
• Monthly forecasting including actual vs forecast analysis
• Yearly budgeting including actual vs budget analysis
• 10K Reporting
• Assisting with (SOX/financial) audits
• Credit checks on customers and suppliers
