Jr. Product Designer

Summary

Join Tonic.ai's Design Team as a Junior Product Designer and collaborate with the Head of Design and internal partners to execute on the product roadmap. You will implement a user-focused approach, creating wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes. This role involves improving the design process, designing solutions to business challenges, iterating on designs based on feedback, and working with development teams. The ideal candidate possesses prior experience designing features/products, a portfolio showcasing product design work, and proficiency in Figma. Requirements

• Prior experience designing features/products
• A portfolio of product design work with at least one case study
• Proficient knowledge working in Figma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in 1-on-1 or group scenarios
• An basic understanding of key UI/UX principles, processes, methodologies
• Attention to detail and craft in designs
• Interest in development for enterprise applications

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the Head of Design and internal partners to develop and execute on Tonic’s product roadmap
• Implement a user-focused approach to product development
• Create wireframes, storyboards, feature mockups, visual prototypes
• Improve our designer experience by providing input and feedback on the design process including design systems, research methods, and tools
• Design clear and complete solutions to business challenges
• Iterate efficiently on designs based on team feedback, user research, and data
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented
