Jr. Quality Analyst

Summary

Join Koru UX Design as a Tester/QA to create test documentation for enterprise-level applications, identify defects, collaborate with stakeholders, and adapt quickly to changes in project requirements. The ideal candidate should have between 1-2 years of experience working with responsive UI.

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must in this role, as they are key to successful testing and project delivery
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn automation testing concepts and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies swiftly; the role is dynamic and requires continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
• Participate in cross-browser testing, focusing on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari
• Execute the test systematically, outlining detailed steps to reproduce and expected outcomes
• Adapt quickly to changes in project requirements
• Perform testing across multiple screens/resolutions
• Analyze root causes of defects and contribute to effective resolution strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements and specifications
• Ensure comprehensive testing covers all aspects of the application, including functionality, usability, and performance testing
• Execute thorough testing, document test results for developers to review, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
• Perform regression testing to confirm that previously identified issues have been resolved and that new changes do not introduce additional defects

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus but optional
