Summary

Join Grass Valley as a key member of the Finance Team in Poland, responsible for Accounts Receivable activities related to Global GV entities. The role involves constant contact with customers regarding their accounts, working with cross-function teams to resolve pending collections, reconciling accounts, processing receivable invoices and orders, maintaining invoices sent vs goods sent, and working on EMEA region hours.

Requirements

• Good in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of GAAP financial reporting
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Quick learner and teamplayer
• Customer-oriented

Responsibilities

• Constant contact with customers regarding their accounts
• Working with cross-function teams to provide guidance and resolution on pending collections
• Presenting outstanding balances to management with status and updates by account
• Reconciliation of the accounts
• Processing receivable invoices and orders
• Maintaining invoices sent VS goods sent
