Junior Branding Designer

Summary

Join Etaily Brand Labs as a Junior Branding Designer to support the development and execution of brand visual identity and materials. You will assist in creating design solutions aligned with company branding strategies, cultivating your design and branding skills. This role involves designing and developing branding materials, creating brand visual design elements, and designing digital and print marketing materials. You will also assist in producing and editing multimedia content, managing design projects, and maintaining project documentation. The position includes opportunities for skill development and learning through training and feedback. This is a work-from-home position.

Requirements

• College diploma or short course related to design, marketing, and other related fields
• Communications, Creative Problem Solving, Time Management, Collaboration, among others

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing branding materials, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity and maintaining consistency across digital and print platforms
• Create brand visual design elements, including but not limited to logos, color schemes, and typography
• Design digital and print marketing materials for brands
• Assist in producing and editing multimedia content for various campaigns
• Provide support in managing and executing design projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines and quality standards under the guidance of senior designers
• Help maintain project documentation and archive completed projects
• Assist in the coordination and logistics of ongoing design projects
• Engage in learning opportunities and training to enhance skills and knowledge in design
• Participate in workshops, training sessions, and other educational opportunities
• Seek regular feedback from peers and supervisors to improve design skills
• Apply learned techniques and best practices to daily work

Preferred Qualifications

Good to have industry branding experience, such as internships, past jobs, or projects, but not necessarily needed
