Requirements

• Basic understanding of software testing principles
• Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to grow in a testing career

• Disciplined work behaviour and team player
• Enthusiasm for technology and software testing
• Excellent writing and communication in English. Good knowledge of German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases, document and report defects, collaborate with experienced testers in verifying bug fixes
• Conduct testing to validate the functionality, usability, and security of Charisma ERP
• Participate actively in training and skill development programs provided by Totalsoft
• Work closely with other testers, developers, business and technical consultants, and cross-functional teams to understand testing processes and contribute to project success
• Maintain records of test cases, test results, and issues discovered during testing
• Assist in various aspects of the quality assurance process, including regression testing and performance testing, under the guidance of experienced team members
