Requirements

- Ability to multitask and chat with several customers simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Work with support team members to quickly and efficiently answer customer questions in a friendly, personable manner
- Assist customers via live chat, email, and on the telephone
- Collaborate with other teams like product management and engineering to stay abreast of Pipedriveβs latest features
- Identify the root causes of customer issues and offer appropriate solutions
- Help Pipedrive grow by turning both existing and new customers into loyal fans
Preferred Qualifications
- Some knowledge of sales, for example, leads, opportunities, deal tracking, and reporting
- A good understanding of email systems, filtering, spam, and e-mail integration
- Experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Experience with sales/CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a plus
- Confident working with helpdesk tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc
