Requirements
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules including Customer Data Management (CDM), with working experience across Billing Platform and HighRadius
- Familiarity with Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and how O2C subledger data could be consumed from external systems
- At least four full-cycle O2C implementations, including solution design, testing, deployment, and support
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize O2C processes from both a systems and business perspective
- Experience managing O2C system enhancements in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong understanding of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including integration points between O2C and other modules or applications
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of O2C system capabilities, including Oracle AR, Billing Platform, Collections, Credit, and CDM
- Ensure O2C workflows are designed with both upstream and downstream dependencies in mind to support accurate accounting and reconciliation (e.g., FAH integration)
- Translate business needs into scalable, compliant system solutions across invoicing, payment processing, dunning, and credit workflows
- Serve as the functional DRI on O2C initiatives, partnering with project managers and cross-functional teams through discovery, build, and sustainment
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure coordinated delivery across the O2C ecosystem
- Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships, helping to shape the roadmap and identify enhancement opportunities
- Translate functional requirements into clear, actionable system designs, serving as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate O2C processes, including invoicing, customer onboarding, credit reviews, and payment application
- Ensure alignment with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements across all O2C systems and workflows
- Maintain clear documentation of current- and future-state workflows and key configuration decisions to support readiness and auditability
- Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and emerging O2C features, proactively identifying enhancements
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing leading practices, leading enablement sessions, lunch-and-learns, training documentation for various audiences, and promoting team experimentation
- Actively explore and prototype AI and automation use cases—from dunning automation to intelligent exception handling—using internal tools like Gumloop, Ava, and others
- Evangelize an AI-first mindset by leading internal experimentation, sharing results, and championing AI adoption in day-to-day work across the systems and business teams
- Mentor junior team members and peers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture within the systems team
- Guide the development of complex O2C-related solutions and provide structured feedback and coaching on analytical and technical growth areas
- Promote knowledge-sharing and accountability while supporting alignment with strategic team goals
- Contribute to Oracle security and role design discussions specific to the O2C landscape, ensuring adherence to least-privilege principles
- Collaborate with Compliance and Audit partners to ensure all solutions are built with strong governance and control requirements in mind
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables 2024 Certified Implementation Professional Certification
- Experience integrating Salesforce, Billing and/or Revenue platforms with Oracle ERP
- Background working in agile or hybrid delivery models
- Exposure to AI or automation initiatives within financial systems
- Intellectually curious and eager to expand their understanding of financial systems and emerging technology
- Proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and a continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable with experimentation and iterative learning, especially as AI transforms financial operations
- Effective communicator who engages constructively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strategic yet detail-oriented, with the ability to align long-term vision with near-term execution
