Summary

Join us as a Junior Customer Success Administrator and handle customer inquiries from all customer groups, resolving issues in coordination with stakeholders. Proactively engage with customers to address challenges such as billing problems or system dissatisfaction, utilizing our support offerings and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, CSM). Accurately document interactions and data in our CRM system. Identify improvement potentials through conversations and data analysis, proposing solutions and contributing to team reporting. Ensure consistently satisfactory customer experiences through team collaboration and coordinate user requests. Requirements

  • Du besitzt einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, IT, Wirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt gesammelt, vorzugsweise im SaaS-Bereich
  • Du bist organisiert, gewissenhaft und hast die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Responsibilities

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über das Ticketsystem unter Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsstandards
  • Administration und Pflege unseres CRM-Systems zur Sicherstellung vollständiger und konsistenter Kundendaten und Prozesse
  • Identifikation von Risiken und Potenzialen entlang der Customer Journey sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung entsprechender Lösungen
  • Einsatz von Tech-Touch-Ansätzen und Automatisierungstools für effiziente, datengestützte Kundenbetreuung
