Junior Data Analyst

Summary

Animoca Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst (Gamification) to support the development and optimization of tokenomics strategies for new and existing clients, with a focus on gamification. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of the Web3 gaming sector, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Web3 gaming sector
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Keen interest in blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the Web3 ecosystem
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to gamification and tokenomics
• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track the performance of tokenomics strategies
• Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights
• Support the creation of data models and simulations to optimize tokenomics
• Work closely with senior analysts and clients to understand their data needs
• Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to clients
• Help clients interpret data and make data-driven decisions to enhance their tokenomics strategies
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and best practices in gamification and tokenomics
• Support cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) by providing data insights for product development and marketing strategies
• Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analytical processes
• Assist in developing and implementing data collection, storage, and retrieval systems
• Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
