Summary
Join Localyze as a Junior Demand Generation Manager and play a crucial role in driving company growth. You will coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing activities, work cross-functionally to optimize sales funnels, manage event logistics, and collaborate with stakeholders. Leverage data-driven analysis to improve campaign performance and ROI. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or Tech, proven demand generation skills, and experience with HubSpot. Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, demand generation for SaaS or Tech businesses
- Proven experience in demand generation/capture and lead nurturing
- Experience with social media content creation
- Marketing and sales automation/email marketing experience. Particularly with HubSpot
- Experience working on webinar programs, and owned in-person events
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate ideas
- Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analytics, and product managers
- Experience working in global organisations and partnering with teams in multiple time zones, geographies, and cultures
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing activities, including email, events, and digital media - to drive new leads and pipeline generation
- Work cross-functionally with inbound and outbound teams to optimise sales funnel and improve conversion rates
- Manage competing priorities and logistics for events - including webinar program and our in-person summit, Beyond Borders
- Effectively collaborate across the organisation and communicate detailed campaign plans with key stakeholders within the Growth and Revenue team
- Project manage campaign tasks within Asana, such as owning the email and publication calendar, submitting necessary creative design briefs
- Collaborate with the global revenue team to define target account lists and build unique marketing strategies and campaigns for key prospects
- Ensure database cleanliness, while building key nurturing programs to engage this database
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns. Provide detailed reports on key metrics and insights, identifying areas for improvement. Use data-driven analysis to recommend strategies for future campaigns, enhancing the overall performance and ROI
- Utilise various intent signals, such as content downloads, event attendance, and social media interactions to identify and engage with high-quality prospects
