Summary

Join Trackman Golf's sales team in Austria and contribute to the success of a leading sports technology company. As a Trackman Representative, you will demonstrate and sell Trackman products and services, focusing on golf clubs, professionals, and other client segments. Responsibilities include planning and delivering product demonstrations, generating leads through various channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction, providing training and support, and contributing to sales strategy development. The ideal candidate possesses sales experience in sports or technology, a relevant qualification, and strong communication and presentation skills. Fluency in German and English is required, along with an entrepreneurial approach and a valid driver's license. The position offers a compensation plan with a fixed and variable component, extensive training, and the opportunity to work from a home office.

Responsibilities

  • Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to golf clubs, golf professionals, indoor simulator centres, club fitters, ambitious amateurs and other client segments on a continuous basis
  • Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, golf events and social media activities
  • Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations
  • Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service
  • Customer training and 1st level support
  • Organization and implementation of Trackman University educational workshops
  • Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams
  • Development and continuous improvement of your territories sales strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Golf professional or single handicap amateur golfer
  • A strong network in the local golf industry
  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies
  • Advanced computer skills, Apple IOS & Microsoft Windows configurations (device management), Microsoft Office / Sharepoint experience
