Junior Designer

Summary

Join Winona, a leading telemedicine company, as a Junior Designer and contribute to the creation of engaging visual content. Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a graphic or visual design role (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• A strong eye for layout, typography, color, and information design
• Ability to take direction and run with tasks while working asynchronously in a fast-paced environment
• Interest or experience in creating explainer graphics or concept diagrams
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Create visual assets to support our video, article, and resource content (e.g., eBooks, guides, landing pages)
• Design diagrams, infographics, and graphic overlays that simplify and clarify complex health and behavior science concepts
• Assist with storyboarding and visual planning for educational and marketing videos
• Work within our existing design system and brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all assets
• Collaborate closely with our design lead, content strategists, writers, and video editors to bring ideas to life
• Help iterate and improve on our visual systems and documentation over time

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with video production, motion graphics, or tools like After Effects or Premiere is a plus (but not required)
