Junior Developer

Summary

Join Delta Capita Group as a Senior Consultant (or Consultant) in Poland and contribute to the development and maintenance of Python-based risk applications. You will collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts, refine technical requirements, and deliver functional solutions. This role requires 2-4 years of hands-on Python development experience, proficiency in pandas and NumPy, and experience with databases and API integration. You will support the development of data transformation and automation solutions, optimize data processing scripts, and contribute to system integration efforts. Business analysis experience is a plus. A valid Polish work permit is mandatory.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on Python development experience, delivering business solutions
• Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and data manipulation techniques
• Experience working with databases (SQL & NoSQL), API integration, and automation scripts
• Understanding of software testing frameworks (e.g., pytest)

Responsibilities

• Support the development of Python-based risk applications, ensuring code quality and efficiency
• Assist in coding, testing, and deploying data transformation and automation solutions
• Collaborate with BAs and SMEs to refine technical requirements and deliver functional solutions
• Develop and optimise data processing scripts using pandas and NumPy
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Contribute to system integration efforts, leveraging REST APIs and automation frameworks
