Requirements

• Strong presence on developer-focused platforms such as Medium, Reddit, Dev.to, Stack Overflow, and Twitter. Proven experience engaging with developer audiences and creating content that resonates
• Experience managing social media for a tech company or developer brand
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to break down complex technical topics for broad audiences
• Passionate about crafting engaging content for the developer community
• Comfortable with asynchronous work, collaborating in a remote setup with core working hours in the CET time zone (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Medium, Reddit, Stack Overflow, and more to build our online presence
• Create engaging content, including posts, videos, infographics, and tutorials that resonate with developers
• Respond to comments, engage in conversations, and build relationships with community members and influencers
• Collaborate with the team to promote events, share live updates, and contribute to community-driven content during conferences and workshops
• Track metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies based on performance
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to maintain consistent messaging and promote key initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, developer culture, and industry news to keep content fresh

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event promotion, live tweeting, or live streaming
• Familiarity with analytics and social media management tools
