Requirements

• Previous Java development experience
• Previous hands-on development experience of the Spring Framework
• Agile mindset and breathe Scrum, TDD and Continuous Delivery
• Excellent analysis skills
• Strong and clear communication and presentation skills
• Self motivated and enthusiastic
• Able to work closely in pairs
• Good at communicating both ideas and concepts and quick to grasp them as well
• Highly motivated individuals who can be trusted to carry out highly technical and complex tasks
• Fluent level of English

Responsibilities

• Support other members of the team in preparing project specific approaches, architecture and strategies
• Work with clients and ensure the solution exceeds the clients requirements
• Make sure that OLR is well informed in regard to industry best methodology
• Working closely with client teams
• Help OLR develop systems, tools and techniques and approaches that maximise effective efficient delivery without compromising on quality
