Junior Financial Controller

Summary

The job is a Finance position within cargo-partner, a logistics company. The role involves supporting the Finance Manager, business reporting, budgeting, and process planning, as well as participating in various controlling projects. The employee will also be responsible for analyzing monthly results and overseeing target setting process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance
• Proficient in accounting
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data and databases
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Fluent in English
• Dedicated team player with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines, punctuality, and providing thorough feedback

Responsibilities

• Steering, organizing and participating on controlling related projects
• Using and developing our internal reporting platform
• Participating in budget planning by collecting, providing and communicating data
• Analyzing monthly results on country level, preparing an overview for the management and supporting creation of action plans in case of deviations
• Overseeing target setting process and reviewing quality of the targets and their fulfillment
• Ensuring maintenance of the controlling master data
