Junior Fleet Care Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Successfully completed an apprenticeship, preferably in car rental, tourism or similar
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Friendly and open manner
• Hands-on attitude (no problem getting hands dirty)
• Good communication skills
• Resilient problem solver and organizational talent
• Fluency in English and the language of the country you are applying for
• Class B driving license

Responsibilities

• Coordination of all processes related to the camper vans
• Preparation of the vehicles
• Technical management and guidance of agents who prepare the vehicles
• Training and proactively contributing to the training of the agents
• Checking camper vans for damage upon return and reporting any issues to Munich HQ
• Ensuring quality standards are met, especially with regard to the preparation of camper vans
