Requirements

• Successfully completed apprenticeship, preferably in car rental, tourism or similar
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Friendly and open manner
• Hands-on attitude (no problem getting hands dirty)
• Good communication skills
• Resilient problem solver and organizational talent
• Fluency in English and the language of the country being applied for
• Class B driving license

Responsibilities

• Coordination of all processes related to camper vans
• Preparation of the vehicles
• Technical management and guidance of agents who prepare vehicles
• Training and proactive contribution to agent training
• Checking for damage on returned camper vans, reporting to Munich HQ, and initiating repairs
• Ensuring quality standards are met, especially with regard to the preparation of camper vans
