Summary

As a Camper Van Coordinator at Roadsurfer, you are responsible for coordinating all processes related to their camper vans. You will be involved in the preparation of the vehicles and lead and guide agents assigned for this task. Additionally, you will inspect returned campers for damages, report them, and initiate repairs. Maintaining quality standards, especially in the cleaning of camper vans, is also your responsibility.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship, preferably in areas such as automobile rental or tourism
• A high level of service and customer orientation, as well as a friendly and open demeanor, is expected from you
• You are hands-on and communicative
• You are a problem solver and well-organized
• You speak conversational German and solid English
• You have a Class B driver's license

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for coordinating all processes related to Roadsurfer's camper vans
• You will be involved in the preparation of the vehicles
• You will lead and guide agents assigned for cleaning and preparing the camper vans
• Additionally, you will inspect returned campers for damages
• You will report any damages to the HQ in Munich
• You will initiate repairs based on your reports
• Maintaining quality standards, especially in the cleaning of camper vans, is also your responsibility
