Requirements

• Successfully completed apprenticeship or studies in a relevant field or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in areas such as automobile rental, tourism, etc., lateral entry possible
• Experience in leading teams is beneficial
• High service and customer orientation, and a friendly and open demeanor
• You are hands-on and communication-skilled
• You are a problem solver and organized
• Proficiency in German and English is required for negotiations
• Driver's license Class B is required

Responsibilities

• You will lead and manage the day-to-day operations at your Roadsurfer station
• You will optimize existing standards and processes, and bring in your own ideas (coordination of returns, handovers, and vehicle preparation)
• You will collaborate with Roadsurfer stations worldwide to ensure continuous optimization
• As a team leader, you will motivate and manage your team on-site
• You will recruit the right talent for your station
• You will oversee the local vehicle fleet for rental and sale, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination of local service partners
• You will advise customers on Roadsurfer products, spots, rent, abo, and sales, and send them as happy roadsurfers onto the streets of Europe
