Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality
- Develop and implement attendance policies and procedures
- Address attendance issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare and analyze attendance reports to identify patterns and recommend solutions
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Promote a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and team-building activities
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address grievances and workplace issues
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Experience in attendance management and employee engagement programs
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
