Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality
  • Develop and implement attendance policies and procedures
  • Address attendance issues promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and analyze attendance reports to identify patterns and recommend solutions
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and team-building activities
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address grievances and workplace issues
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Experience in attendance management and employee engagement programs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
