Requirements

  • Completed education in a commercial or personnel-related field, ideally with further training as a Personnel Manager (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of tax, social insurance, and labor law
  • Experience and a positive attitude towards change processes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Operational handling of all administrative HR processes from hiring to termination, considering all relevant deadlines and requirements
  • Absence management including vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, and parental leave and creating employment contracts, certificates, statements, and reports
  • Maintaining personnel data in our Personal Management System and managing and maintaining employee files
  • Handling the registration and certification process and corresponding with authorities, offices, and health insurance providers considering all deadlines
  • Supporting HR Business Partner and employees regarding part-time work, maternity/paternity leave or changes in personal data or status
  • Managing employee benefit offers and continuously developing the HR Management tool and Employee Self-Service
  • Maintaining the time tracking system, creating reports
  • Taking an active role in the preparation of monthly payroll and salary accounting and implementing HR policies, supporting optimization and development of internal HR processes
  • Creating regular standard reports and participating in projects related to strategic HR fundamental themes as well as national and international HR projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Personal Management Systems like SAP Success Factors, LOGA or Personio
