Junior Implementation Support Engineer

Summary

Join Emil Group, a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS company, as an Implementation Support Manager. You will support project managers in configuring and implementing the company's platform without direct client interaction. This role involves technical back-office tasks within various self-service modules, including the document engine, process engine (Camunda), booking funnel engine, and premium calculator. While specific coding languages aren't required, basic HTML and CSS knowledge is essential, along with at least one year of software development or IT experience. Requirements

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS required
• IT affinity
• Minimum 1 year experience in software development, implementation or IT related fields
• Fluent English (at least C1) is a must

Responsibilities

• Configuring BPMN workflows in Camunda process engine
• Writing calculations in Typescript
• Configuring web booking funnels via HTML and CSS
• Configuring docX documents or HTML documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience with an AWS cloud platform is a plus
• Background in business IT is a plus
• IT background / courses
• German is a plus
